Regulatory
We advised on the foundation of banks, served FinTechs in clarifying the regulatory aspects of their business model and work regularly for international banking groups, local banks and other companies on regulatory topics. At the moment we have a special focus on PSDII, AML and MiFIDII.
FinTech
We not only advice FinTechs on legal matters but worked on the co-operation model between FinTechs and banks and did the onboarding of Fintechs on the bank side.
Banking Contract Law
Our clients entrusted us with the standardisation of documentation, drafting of GTC and negotiation of individual contracts.
(Alternative) Finance
We worked on cross boarder finance projects, developed an Austrian law mortgage backed security and advised crowd funding projects and other alternative ways for funding.
Crypto
ICOs are an international phenomenon and need therefore an international team of experts. We are happy to serve our clients as part of a high-class international and interdisciplinary team.
AML
We advise obliged entities on the implementation of anti-money-laundering processes, organise and hold training programs and act as external AML-officer.
